How do I use an official source from another country?
First identify the source's jurisdiction and product scope.
A foreign explanation may clarify vocabulary without establishing local disclosure duties, fees or remedies.
Use it to form questions, then verify the answer with the applicable authority or qualified adviser. Do not transplant a stated deadline or entitlement into an agreement governed elsewhere.
